This page contains information about ways to 'carry the message' through Service opportunities, Outreach and Bringing CoDA to Your Area.
What is a CoDA Meeting
A CoDA meeting is a fellowship of men and women whose common purpose is to develop healthy relationships. The only requirement for membership is a desire for healthy and loving relationships. CoDA meetings use the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of Co-Dependents Anonymous as the basis for working toward recovery. It is a place to find sponsorship and fellowship as well as the sharing of experience, strength, and hope. A strong sense of acceptance and community makes a meeting attractive both to the newcomer and old timer.
